Highways Infrastructure and Asset Condition Surveys

West Sussex County Council has a Statutory Duty to ensure regular surveys are undertaken to determine the condition of public highways within the County of West Sussex. West Sussex County Council is seeking a Service Provider (the “Service Provider”) to undertake such services as described in Document 2: The Service Specification.<br/><br/>The tender will be split into the following lots:<br/>• Lot 1: Highway Inventory Data Collection<br/>• Lot 2: Coarse Visual Inspection (CVI) Survey of Unclassified ‘D’ roads and all Roundabouts<br/>• Lot 3: Scanner Survey of A, B and C Roads<br/>• Lot 4: Footway Maintenance Survey<br/>• Lot 5: SCRIM Survey and Site Investigations<br/><br/>Contracts will be awarded on a lot-by-lot basis to the highest scoring bidder for each lot.<br/><br/>Contracts will be awarded for an initial term of 2 years with the option to extend for a further 1 year.<br/><br/>This opportunity can be found on our e-sourcing portal via the following link: https://atamis-7669.my.site.com/s/Welcome Lot 2: Coarse Visual Inspection (CVI) Survey Please see the tender pack.
