Tender description

To supply and install a robotic pick and place solution for the automated flow wrap loading of baked goods at a rate up to 240 products per minute and conditions as stated below, - Integration with existing flow wrapper (FUJI) - Output requirements as previously stated - Installation, commissioning, delivery and training requirements - Stainless steel construction - Vision system inc cameras and lighting - Built in air conditioning system - Ability to handle products with a topping (sugar etc) - Min 12 months warranty - Decline conveyor and a picker conveyor - Built according to European machine building directive 2006/42/EC. - Remote diagnostics, support and manual - Proven track record
