AT1203 - Replacement Water Goods on Domestic Housing

Tender description

The work comprises of removing all existing guttering, rainwater pipes and associated fixings, fascia/barge and soffit boards, including box ends, some flashings, remove and set-aside for re-use loose roofing tiles, clean out and make good drainage connections, rake out pointing to verges, installing new rain water goods (including re-connecting to existing drainage and making good seal), fascia/barge, soffits, to the whole of the roof. Re-point verges. Take off 3 courses of tiles to eaves, re-new felt and relay tiles, allow for replacing missing damaged tiles. Install rainwater pipe protectors. Correctly remove any asbestos from the site and provide certification of removal.
