The YPO business is going through the digital transformation. The company is working on multiple improvements, this includes a modernisation of the current SharePoint site to make it more user-friendly, increase efficiency, collaboration and improve communication across the business. As a part of this work, we ask suppliers to deliver the following objectives: Gather requirements and perform an audit of the current content and overall audit of SharePoint. This needs to be delivered through workshops. The content strategy. The user experience-friendly design. Based on workshops suggest a template for Teams sites. Self-serve on the finance team's site. The design review, testing, amendments, and sign-off. SharePoint build and potential solutions, such as workflows. SharePoint testing and sign off. Marketing suggestions, such as a walk-through video. Training for champions and IT service desk. Out-of-hours SharePoint go-live.
