This Prior Information Notice is to inform the market that Plymouth Community Homes intends to let a contract in respect of waste collection and disposal, with a commencement date of 01 April 2024. This will be for non-hazardous waste collection and disposal from premises within the Plymouth area. This includes trade waste bins for general waste and dry mixed recycling, skips for removal of general and construction-style wastes and a small amount of loose bulky waste. The value of this contract is expected to be up to £1.2million over a five year period. We invite suppliers within this market to register interest with us by 31st August 2023 and those interested parties will be invited to a “Meet the Buyer” event during September 2023 where more information about this opportunity will be available.
