Tees Valley Combined Authority (TVCA) on behalf of the North East and Yorkshire (NEY) Net Zero Hub is seeking the services of a consultant to undertake a scoping study to explore a potentially novel use of spatial and temporal modelling tools for local area energy planning, net zero strategic planning and project identification and simulation.\r \r Please see tender documents for further detail.
