The Establishment of single operator frameworks for the provision of Tenancy Support and Sustainment services, in eight (8) Lots. Louth County Council is leading this procurement on behalf of the Local Authorities of Louth, Cavan and Monaghan. The overall objective of the Tenancy Support and Sustainment services is to provide support to households that are at risk of becoming homeless in order to assist them to occupy, or continue to occupy, their accommodation and progress from homelessness or potential homelessness towards independent sustainable living. This will involve home visits by the Tenancy Support and Sustainment services Project/Keyworkers whose role it will be to sign post and facilitate access to mainstream services. Tenancy Support and Sustainment service will not duplicate replicate or overlap with other relevant services but will assist in accessing such services.
