Refurbishment Of Public Toilet Block

Tender description

The Public Toilets in Benenden were built in 1973 and desperately in need of repair and refurbishment. Benenden Parish Council intend to provide a brand new, single cubicle, unisex, modern facility which would be a safer environment, vandal proof, with disability access and baby changing facilities. Ideally, but not essential, the specification would be "touchless" flushing, soap dispenser, hand washing and drying, and with energy saving lighting. The Parish Council would use the existing building with services already connected. The building would however need some reconfiguration and refurbishment in addition to the brand new toilet facility.
