Phase 1 To supply and install approximately 260 meters of 8inch Stainless Steel water pipe to be fixed clipped and lagged, along with all necessary bends tees couplers and electronic shut off valves. To supply and fit all necessary isolating valves along with four water electrically operated solenoid shut off valves to control the temperature in each room. The supply and fitting of one 500 lite water buffer tank and to connect to 1 x existing water pump. To water pressure test the system to ensure there are no leaks. Trane will commission and test the water chiller once the water system is complete. Quote to include all labour and travel required in order to complete Phase 2 to supply install and commission 1 x train air cooled glycol water chiller m/n RTAC300STD. This chiller will be connected to the following new evaporator coils Room 1 3 dual discharge evaporators Room 2 3 x dual discharge evaporators Room 3 3 x dual discharge evaporators Room 4 3 x dual discharge evaporators Room 5 1 dual discharge evaporator Quote to include any additional water pumps water buffer tank electronic water regulating valves all associated water pipe fittings fixings and pipe insulation. supply and fitting of 1 x 200kw water heat exchanger
