Audit Scotland is Scotland’s largest public sector Auditor, independent of the Government. We employ more than 340 talented professionals who audit a number of public bodies across Scotland including the Scottish Government, NHS boards, local authorities and Scottish Parliament. Our offices are based in Edinburgh, Glasgow and Inverness and our colleagues work in a hybrid way. We are looking for an external provider to support general recruitment across the organisation with talent assessment tools. Audit Scotland are keen to work with an external provider who can continue to offer these assessment tools as well as providing the option to work with Audit Scotland to design bespoke assessments, should we wish to, and provide trained assessors to deliver assessment centre materials, complete robust assessments and scoring, and provide feedback to Audit Scotland on candidate performance. In addition, Audit Scotland have experienced certain recruitment throughout the year which can require assessment tools including the above as well as behavioural style tools. This would be on an ad hoc basis as requirements dictate.
