The recommendation to award this Contract follows a procurement exercise which was conducted as a Negotiated Procedure without Prior Publication in accordance with the Council’s Standing Orders Relating to Contracts and Regulation 76 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015, as amended, for Social and Other Specific Services. The Contract is for the provision of a Provision of Adult Residential Services at Cherrywood Care Home (Elderslie Project, Cherrywood Road CS2004060920). The service is specifically for people over the age of 18 and who have been diagnosed and assessed with a learning disability and may have associated communication difficulties and/or physical disabilities; the service provides accommodation and suitable individualised support and care services.
