Essex County Council are participating in the Department for Transport DfT pilot electric scooter hire scheme and are seeking to identify providers of e Scooter hire schemes The ECC pilots focus on five locations within the County Basildon Braintree Brentwood Chelmsford Colchester the Locations or Districts ECC are looking for a Service Provider on the DfTs approved supplier list at the time of contract award to provide e Scooters hire programmes to the above locations Once the preferred Service Provider has been identified ECC will provide the DfT with the Service Providers name Contracts will be Concession contracts and ECC will seek to enter into a revenue share with the operator Published on Pro Contract Title E Scooters
