MCP - Landscape Architect

Tender description

− Act as Landscape Architect for the project. − Confirm any exclusions and advise on any fees for any additional deliverables. − Bidders should be aware The City of London Corporation are proposing, a two-stage procurement under a PCSA and modified JCT D&B 2016 form on contract, this is subject to soft market testing results, review, agreement of the final procurement plan and recommendations to committee. − Please note the City’s internal Gateway process; At each stage in the project where an issue or design proposal must be approved by Committee, instruction to progress the project will not be possible until Committee approval is granted. This means that there could be a pause for a period of time before a further instruction to progress the project can be issued. This should be considered into the fee proposal, programme and claims for further fees will not be entertained for any down time/pause on progress or instruction relating to the Gateway governance process. − Provide information to City project manager necessary to inform Gateway reports needed for the City’s Gateway governance process. − City of London reserves the right to appoint on a RIBA stage by stage − basis, post RIBA stage 2. − All consultants will need to provide a resource schedule with their tender detailing the provision of monthly resources for the duration of this project (RIBA Stage 2).
