Tender description

The works consist of the construction of a New Building containing 278 Lowland Battery Offices and Officers Mess. An additional separate New Garage building is to be constructed with secure cage storage. Externally new surface water attenuation is to be installed with making good of the existing carpark surface and any trenches required for incoming services from the existing building. Further to this new grass, shrubs and trees are to be planted along with a patio are off the new mess areas. Lowland RFCA are seeking a contractor to construct a office and garage as per drawings and specification provided.
