Synchronicity Care Limited have a requirement for chill cook sauce mixes within the Central Production Unit at Darlington Memorial Hospital. These chill cook sauce mixes are a range of dried sauce mixes that are suitable within a cook chill freeze system. This is a 36 month contract with 2 x 12 month optional extensions. Lot 1: The prime objective of Synchronicity Care Limited (SCL/County Durham & Darlington NHS Services (CDDS) is to supply the Central Production Unit (CPU) with a range of dried sauce mixes that are suitable within a cook chill/freeze system at Darlington Memorial Hospital for the production of over 17,000 meals per week.
