The Council is seeking to establish a new Framework Agreement for Highways, Infrastructure, Traffic Engineering and Transportation services that will be made available for all ten Districts / Borough Authorities in Hertfordshire and Hertfordshire County Council (Client Councils). There are three lots within this framework agreement. •Lot 1: Highways and Infrastructure •Lot 2: Traffic Engineering •Lot 3: Transportation Lot 1: Highways and Infrastructure The Framework Agreement is to provide specialist consultancy services informing Local Authorities with technical advice, support and design solutions for development-related Highways and Infrastructure projects. Lot 3: Transportation Consultancy Services The Authority is seeking Consultancy provision of specialist transportation consultancy informing Local Authorities with technical advice, support and design solutions for transport-related projects and feasibility studies.
