Cavendish - Halls Summer Works - AWARD

Tender description

University of Nottingham are proposing to undertake works to existing corridor and common room areas (including Junior Common Rooms and Dining Rooms) and bedroom accommodation across Cavendish Hall. The works subject of this tender package known as Package 2, involves the general refurbishment (new decoration to ceiling, walls and joinery, replacement of carpet/vinyl flooring where required) of existing corridor and common room areas (including Junior Common Rooms and Dining Rooms) and bedroom accommodation across Cavendish Hall. In addition, there is also cyclical works to flats across various accommodation halls within the University Park Campus and Jubilee Campus. These include removing cookers and replacing kitchen worktops, base units and flooring where required and replacing the worktops to Elfin Kitchens, from worktops with hot plates to worktops with no hotplates and making good and decoration works.
