Tender description

The Authority is seeking engagement with the market in regard to Bus Shelters and Bus Shelter advertising through a short questionnaire survey. This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is an indication of potential future procurement activity only. For further Information please go to the Council's e-tendering website https://in-tendhost.co.uk/hampshire. In order to access the questionnaire you must first register with In-Tend (if you have not already done so) and express an interest in the project. We recommend that you refer to the e-tendering guidance for suppliers which can be found by clicking on 'Information for Suppliers' at the top of the home page. The questionnaire will be available until 04 August 2023. Responses received after 04 August 2023 may not be considered. Lot 1: This is a market information exercise only and may not necessarily lead to any future procurement process. In the event that it did proceed, it is not yet certain which procurement route would be followed. Information gathered will help shape the proposed future procurement. Suppliers will be neither advantaged nor disadvantaged from involvement in this exercise Additional information: The Council is currently exploring it's options regarding the best route to market, including considering the use of lots to meet the requirements. As such, the Council cannot confirm if the contract will contain lots at this point. Details will be confirmed in the contract notice when the opportunity is advertised.
