Luton Borough Council is seeking to replace its analogue careline systems with a digital replacement by January 2024 via a further competition, ESPO Framework 203_21. At the same time LBC is looking to appoint a digital innovation partner who will work with us as we develop more solutions to enable people to stay within their own homes, supports children with SEND and homelessness.
