Tender description

PoJ wish to procure a Message Handling System to replace end of life system and futureproof operations. \r \r PoJ would seek to install a Message Handling System as soon as possible. \r \r The solution must be able to handle Air Traffic Services Message Handling Services (ATSMHS) traffic from two Message Transfer Agents and act as the Message Transfer Agent for Guernsey Airport.
