Tender description

This Pre – Qualification Questionnaire will produce a Select List that will be asked to tender for an individual ITT which will be run as separate and independent procurement. The purpose of this procurement is to engage the services of a suitably experienced and competent contractor to undertake Multi Element Improvement Works at Toberdoney Fold, Kilrea & Winchester Court, Belfast. The works consist of:  Firestopping & compartmentation  Suspended ceiling grid replacement  Internal communal and apartment door replacement including glazed screens replacements  Fire detection system upgrade  Emergency and communal lighting upgrade  Rainwater goods/fascia/soffits replacements  Internal and External redecoration including floor covering. Areas to include all communal areas and common rooms (including kitchens & communal bathrooms)  Window Replacement  New external doors (including automated main entrance door)  Cavity wall insulation extraction and re-fill  Roof space insulation
