Tender description

Over the coming years Clanmil have a plan to replace all of the communal heating systems within its schemes with individual heating installations per apartment in order to give tenants greater independence and control in respect of their heating and hot water supply. Some of these properties are currently running on Oil, some Gas and a few are Economy 7. Clanmil Planned Assets intend to carry out works to 1/ 2 schemes each year for the next 3-5 years in order to convert all remaining properties to stand alone systems. Additionally we will be replacing bathroom facilities in a number of schemes for which we will require M&E design consultancy or other projects that may arise. As Principal Designer it will be your duty to make Clanmil aware of its responsibilities under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (NI) 2016. You will be a key advisor in respect of construction health and safety risk management matters and will work with Clanmil to co-ordinate all aspects of the design work, prepare the health and safety file and ensure that we comply with the Regulations.
