Tender description

The Council is looking for a long-term supplier to have the sole and exclusive rights to supply advertising 'Shelters' on sites within the control of the Council in the West Northamptonshire area. The supplier would be responsible for and meet the costs of supplying, the installation and maintaining of all advertising and non-advertising 'Shelters' provided under this contract The supplier would provide a 24-hour emergency call-out service to respond to situations considered dangerous and for other reasons of safety. This market testing exercise is not an invitation to tender or a request for formal expressions of interest.
