ROUND 2 - TC276 - Personal Budget Support Service Flexible Purchasing System (FPS)

Tender description

The Borough Council of Bolton (The Authority) are prepared to receive tenders for Personal Budget Support Service that will consist of 2 Procurement Lots which will be subject to the information, specification and tender package enclosed. The Flexible Purchasing System (FPS) has been divided into the following 2 Lots: Lot 1 – Personal Budget Payroll and Supported Banking Services; Lot 2 – Personal Budget Brokerage Service. The procurement will be an open tender but will be operating as a Flexible Purchasing System (FPS) which is an open Pseudo-dynamic FPS agreement allowing providers to join the Pseudo-dynamic FPS agreement during the term of the agreement via rounds. Rounds will be opened at certain times during the term when there is a requirement of provision – minimum once a year. This is Round 2 of the FPS.
