Roof Scope of Works Rathfredagh Cheshire Ireland Flat roofs • repair any blistering or cracks in the existing flat roofs apply fiberglass around outlets in the flat roofs. • apply rubber polymer base compound to all flat roofs as listed below. • roof over apt G11 washroom and staff room • corridor roof approximately 286 square m • roof over the new apartments • corridor approximately 114 square m • flat roof over kitchen and restaurant • approximately 200 square meters • physio room upstairs • stairwell roof approximately 55 square me ‘A’ roof from Chapel to Laundry • strip existing roof and dispose of waste new breathable felt and battens to be fitted. • Re-slate with new fiber cement slates • repair or replace any damaged gutters repair or replace any damaged fascia. • replace the lead on the six valleys associated with the roof. 5800 slates and 80 Ridge caps Gutters • clean all gutters and slates remove all moths and the rows in all the buildings. • main house repair or replace any damaged slates or Ridge tiles in the main building.
