Tender description

The Contract is for the provision of a new Multi Use Games Area in Portglenone and refurbishment of the existing Play Park. The facility will be located within the grounds of Portglenone Marina and Community centre located within the green space currently known as the ‘events space’, serviced off the Gortgole Road, Portglenone. The existing site conditions are managed amenity space controlled by the council with ample parking facilities nearby. The works will include: • Facility size: 34m x 20m • Surface: hybrid 3G carpet • Appropriate flood lighting • Appropriate signage, bins and foot brushes • 5m high fencing to the perimeter • Removal of existing Play equipment and Installation of new Play equipment • Associated hard and soft landscaping • Drainage design and diversion of main combined sewer and any statutory approvals The contract period will be approximately 4 months
