Tender description

An opportunity has arisen to offer for lease a nursery located on the site of Redhill Family Hub to provide childcare to meet the needs of the local community. The lease term will be 10 years. The nursery is self-contained with a separate entrance to the Family Hub and access to its own outside area it also has a fully operational kitchen. The nursery is registered with Ofsted for 72 places for children from birth to 5 years old. Potential nursery providers will need to complete a quotation Award questionnaire and will be evaluated based on a combination of quality responses and the amount of annual lease offered for this site.
