Museum in the Park - Collections Management System procurement

Tender description

RFQ to procure a Collections Management System (CMS) for the Museum in the Park, Stroud to replace existing single user Access Database and with options for the provision of online collection access. This is subject to contract. Please refer to the RFQ and Price Submission attachments with this opportunity. All bidders must submit their quote via the procurement portal, please ensure that you have sufficient time to submit your quote and any other attachments you want to upload, any quotes received after the deadline stated above will be automatically rejected, unless there are exceptional circumstances as defined by the Council. Quotes submitted via any other means will be rejected; this includes, but is not limited to, email, fax, post, courier, hand delivery. All queries relating to this quote must be submitted via the procurement portal, these will be answered within 3 working days. Queries submitted via any other means will not be answered.
