Tender description
Durham County Council offers for sale a Residential Development Opportunity on land adjacent to Sedgefield Community College. This greenfield and brownfield site forms a parcel of undeveloped land to the immediate east of Sedgefield Community College. The original school buildings were built in the 1960’s however, the school closed in 2010. The original buildings were subsequently demolished, with a new school building being provided on the same site.
