Tender description
Northamptonshire Police (NP) and Northamptonshire Fire & Rescue Service (NFRS) are supported by a centralised Enabling Services department, encompassing DDaT (Digital, Data & Technology), HR, Finance, Fleet and Property Services team working for both services. Both IT functions came together (as DDaT) in November 2021 and since that time have been using two ITSM systems. It has been agreed that a single ITSM platform should be provided to assist both services and to enable more efficiency through the Service Desk function.
