Tender description

Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council wishes to appoint four suitably experienced painting contractors who would be placed on a framework to carry out internal and external painting and decorating works to the Council’s estate for the period of 1 September 2023 to 31 August 2025 (with an option to extend for up to a maximum of 24 months, subject to review and performance). These properties will be located within the Council Borough area.
