GB-London: Information and advice in adult social care

Tender description

Guidance and resources to improve adult social care council information, advice and guidance (IAG) provision for people who might draw upon adult social care and support, unpaid carers and families. Co-production and -development of an adult social care IAG self-improvement tool, community of practice, webinars and direct support for councils. PCH want to work with a consortium of organisations to progress the information and advice workstream deliverables as described above. We are approaching commissioned partners to help us to understand how you might approach this task, some indication of cost, any barriers you foresee and some of the ideas you may have for imaginative ways to deliver this workstream. We want to understand if a combined approach is possible or if separate lots are required to deliver the work. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
