Apologies for the oversight.(The National Audit Office is procuring one or multiple services to cover media monitoring, distribution, database, and analysis. We expect the service to be on a user-friendly platform that does not require advanced technical skills to use. It should allow for multiple users, and comply with our GDPR and Information Security requirements. The service should also include training and support, and make the most of new technologies such as AI / machine learning to add value to our work through innovation and efficiencies. The ITT covers our mandatory requirements and also our desirable requirements. Your responses will be scored across both requirements, but costs will only be compared for mandatory requirements.)
