Framework Agreement for the Supply, Distribution and Installation of Hot Drinks Machines, Cold Drinks Machines and Combination and Snack Machines

Tender description

Hampshire County Council invites applications from suitably experienced organisations who wish to be considered for selection to tender for the Supply, Distribution and Installation of Hot Drinks Machines, Cold Drinks Machines and Combination and Snack Machines. The Framework Agreement will commence on 1st October 2023 and will be for a period of 4 years. Interested parties should register their interest in the project via the InTend website https://intendhost.co.uk/hampshire, complete and submit the Stage 1 Questionnaire, Stage 2 Questionnaire, Annex A - Form of Tender, Annex B - Non-Collusion Certificate, Annex C - Supply Chain/Sub Contractor Form and Annex D - Freedom of Information Act 2000 and Environmental Information Regulations 2004, by 14:00hrs on 3rd August 2023. Lot 1: Hot Drinks Machines Supply, distribution and installation of hot drinks machines including bean-to-cup coffee machines to include but not limited to: Latte, Cappuccino, Instant Coffee, Tea - fresh brewed, Mocha and Espresso. Contractors will also be required to provide a range of associated maintenance services and related equipment. Lot 2: Cold Drinks Machines Supply, distribution and installation of a range of bottled drinks machines. Contractors will also be required to provide a range of associated Maintenance Services and related Equipment. Lot 3: Snack and Combination Machines Supply, distribution and Installation of a range of Vending Solutions  including cold drinks (including equipment which can dispense 500ml bottles and 330ml cans), snacks (including equipment which can dispense a range of: crisps, chocolate bars, wafers, flapjacks, cake bars and healthier snack choices) and combination solutions which will include cold drinks and snacks.  Contractors will also be required to provide a range of associated Maintenance Services and related Equipment.
