Food Labelling : Cost requirements relative to prospective benefits The report should: 1. Identify the costs of food labelling at every stage of the supply side production process, from farmgate to retail. 2. Identify all legislative requirements of food labels for different types of foods and their associated costs. 3. Identify any changes in legislative requirements that are a consequence of the UK’s decision to the leave the EU and any significant costs and benefits associated with this where possible.
