Tender description

The Council is inviting tenders from appropriate Operators to run a high-quality good value eating establishment at Portsdown Hill car park as a mobile kiosk unit which can include hot and cold food and drink provision but not ice creams. The lease will run for a term of 5 years with options to extend up to a maximum of a further 5 years at the Council's absolute discretion and in intervals to be agreed by both parties. Set out below is the proposed timetable. This is intended as a guide and, whilst the Council does not intend to depart from the timetable, it reserves the right to do so at any time.
