Tender description

Cefas have the requirement to sequence 36 pre-prepared libraries, indexed using Nextera XT library preparation kit. Cefas have the requirement to sequence 36 pre-prepared libraries, indexed using Nextera XT library preparation kit. The 36 libraries require sequencing on one lane of an Illumina Novaseq (2x250 bp) sequencing run. PhiX control must not be used as libraries are for viral diversity assessment and use of PhiX may lead to mis assembly. The project requires the demultiplexed FASTQ files to be sent via secure server for analysis at Cefas by the end of September 2023.
