Tender description

Request for Information (RFI) BBC World Service Business Development (WSBD) is part of BBC News, a licence-fee funded division of the BBC. The department is responsible for World Service News syndication partnerships with broadcasters and media outlets around the globe. This includes TV, Radio and online content. WSBD’s current CRM supply contract has been extended in line with existing terms and expires in Spring 2024. We are now considering potential options for a new CRM contract, which may be procured later in 2023.
