In support of the National Adoption Strategy the Regional Adoption Agency (RAA) Leaders Group would like to procure a contract with an experienced contractor to develop & produce virtual training resource to support understanding around transracial adoption & the needs of global majority children & families in matching. One film to be aimed at professionals in care planning and adoption and one film to be aimed at prospective adopters.
