The project will require: - The provision of a digital learning management system (LMS) that will enable users to: o Watch videos/animations o Complete online tutorials with text/graphics o Complete quizzes o Download documents - Hosting of the LMS - Access to the content for external users - Production of video/animation to bring content to life. - Design using campaign branding / colour palette - Meeting Government Digital Service (GDS) accessibility standards - Creation of a metrics dashboard to enable the team to assess performance (e.g. how many completed / completed successfully / time taken) - Ability to update information if statistics/guidance change - Transfer of intellectual property rights to HSE for all content - Specialist input and expertise to ensure content is engaging and creative.
