Tender description

Lead Design role & architectural services for the CHASE project, including a new Energy & Data Centre, the demolition of Claude Gibb building and the provision of the new CHASE building(s). Role includes acting as the Lead Designer, architectural services and building a full design team for all facets of the design process, taking on board UNN incumbent Concept Designer and novating across to the successful main contractor, in due course. Lot 1: The contract works comprise the establishment and leading of the design team for the CHASE project as described above, following the demolition of Lovaine Hall and Flats on Northumbria University’s City Campus in Newcastle upon Tyne, which is being undertaken by UNN to prepare the proposed site area. Additional information: We are looking for interested bidders who would be willing to work with our concept designer and pick up from concept brief and take it forward to a detailed design. We are also looking for suppliers who would be willing to novate to the future Main Contractor who will be appointed to build.
