Tender description

The Contractor shall deliver the following services throughout the term of this Contract to Ulster University: • Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM):  Biannual inspection, testing and reporting of MSCs and,  Annual inspection, testing and reporting of LEV and Fume cupboard systems. • Remedial repairs associated with MSC, LEV and FC systems. • A 24/7 callout service in respect to MSC, LEV and FC break downs. • MSC is an acronym for Microbiological Safety Cabinets, • LEV is an acronym for Local Exhaust Ventilation, • FC is an acronym for Fume Cupboards, • PPM is an acronym for Planned Preventative Maintenance,
