About adding context and requirements test Which phase the project is in Live Existing team Data Transformation and Innovation Programme Team comprising of - - 1 x Senior Technology PM - 1 x Programme Manager - 1 x Business Analyst - 1 x Business Change Analyst - 1 x Data Scientist - 2 x Systems Analyst - 1 x Power BI Report Developer - Data Cloud Security Engineer - 1 x Solutions Architect (Other technical resources will be included to work alongside internal and supplier project team at appropriate times eg: DBAs, Cyber Specialists, Network engineers etc) Address where the work will be done Working home predominantly however adhoc attendance to Camden office may be required - Address: Force Headquarters, 25 Camden Road, London, NW1 9LN Working arrangements The active members of the team will need to be vetted and will be provided with BTP equipment and login credentials to access the systems. They will be expected to work similar business hours pattern to the BTP project team. Mon-Friday. We will have regular team meetings to check progress and plan sprints We will want the technical staff from both sides to work collaboratively mainly via Teams so that knowledge sharing and better understanding of the environment can be achieved. At appropriate times we will have checkpoint meetings. BTP would like the supplier to assign a dedicated project management resource to work alongside the BTP project team to manage the supplier's resource allocation, schedule of work and PM tasks eg: progress, risk & issue reporting etc We would expect these teams to work together under the Data Transformation Programme. They have differing access dependent on their roles. I need access to the backend system to maintain the data and ensure it is secure. I also need to audit and track our data usage. I will also need to be able to ingest differing data sets from different sources, model it and verify the data is correct ready for Data Scientists to use.
