BLMK Mental Health, Learning Disabilities & Autism Collaborative Co-production support: The ICB are working with ELFT and wider partners to develop a collaborative which takes a whole system approach to improving mental health. There is a programme of co-production work which is being supported to move this work forward. This will include working with Luton Council Public Health and wider partners to build the Luton MH Strategy into the collaborative, ensuring that the voices of people with lived experience and carers assist in driving change across the system.
