Request for the Provision of Graphic Design and Video Production Services

Tender description

The Strategic Implementation Unit (SIU), which oversees the strategic delivery framework for the Department of the Environment, Climate and Communications, is looking to procure graphic design and video production services to support the delivery of internal communications that pertain to the projects the unit oversees. Supporting the communications plan through the provision of the required services will help the unit to effectively engage with colleagues across the Department, provide timely updates on key projects and showcase the work being achieved by the Department as a whole. The services comprise 1) Graphic design services for the design, creation, and production of the following: reports, leaflets, posters and internal website page content in a number of formats including but not limited to pdf, jpeg and gif formats. 2) Video production services including the recording, editing and provision of a video file and the ability to produce high-quality videos with features such as pieces to camera, motion graphics and voiceover.
