COPFS have an ongoing requirement for mailroom equipment at the National Print Unit (NPU) and postal services equipment and consumables across all our sites. Lot 1: Low to Medium Volume Franking Machines and Associated Consumables COPFS have an ongoing requirement for mailroom equipment at the National Print Unit (NPU) and postal services equipment and consumables across all our sites. This is a Consolidation of equipment and contract which involve Franking Machines, Mailroom Equipment And Associated Consumables. Lot 2: Franking Machines, Mailroom Equipment and Associated Consumables All the existing plant equipment will be sent to WEE recycling for the following reasons: The franking machine models currently being operated by COPFS are to be decertified due to a change in the Royal Mail printing and charge process. All the franking machines will pass their final service period by the time of this new contract and will therefore not be held under warranty for repairs/will not be cost effective.
