Return Home Interview (RHI) Service for children that have been missing from care or home. The purpose of the interview is to assess risk and vulnerability and to safeguard from harm or future harm. Interviews need to be completed within 72 hours of the young person returning home: this is a requirement of Ofsted. Seeking a supplier to provide an end-to-end service for the face-to-face interviews (including providing the interviewers) for all out of borough interviews.
