Tender description

Provision of Infusion Medical Equipment and their associated Data Management System (known as: Infusion Management System) for a new children’s hospital which is currently in construction and is due to be completed in 2024. This tender scope includes the supply, install, interfacing and commissioning of goods, systems, training and after sales service or installation supports to be coordinated to the construction completion and operational commissioning programmes for the new hospital. The requirements include: a) Volumetric Infusion Pumps (Smart pumps with DERS functionality) b) Syringe Drivers (Smart pumps with DERS functionality) c) Central ICT Core Application, Database and communication Hub d) Infusion Systems Central Stations / Dashboards in specific ward locations e) Software tools to manage the Drug Library and its Uploading to equipment over the network f) Infusion Continuous Quality Improvement software g) Integration with Epic Electronic Healthcare Record System h) Project services to supply, install, configure and commission the system as a whole i) An on-site training programme for end users of infusion equipment, the Pharmacy Leads who will manage the DERS and CQI software, and Clinical Engineering.
