Litter Enforcement Warden (Concession Contract)

Tender description

Milton Keynes City Council (MKCC) is seeking to employ a suitably qualified and experienced organisation to provide a fully supported uniformed enforcement team to patrol the street-scene, parks and public open spaces within the City. Officers will issue Legal Notices and Fixed Penalty Notices on behalf of the Council in relation to offences under the Highways Act 1980, Environmental Protection Act 1990, Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005 and Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014. Suppliers that would like to take part in this tender process are invited to 'Express Interest' upon which the will be given access to the full tender documentation delivery through this e-tendering system. When the tender documents have been made available involved suppliers will receive notification via email and the tender documents can be accessed from the 'My Tenders' area of this website and selecting the 'View Details' button of this project. Expressions of interest will only be accepted until and the deadline for submissions of the tender will be 12 noon; 31 July 2023.
