Mae Partneriaeth Ogwen eisiau apwyntio Ymgynghorydd cymwys i dynnu tim aml-ddisgyblaethol at ei gilydd i ail-ddatblygu'r Hen Bost, Bethesda fel canolfan dreftadaeth, canolfan fanwerthu/busnes cynaladwy a chaffi. Bydd y tim yn symud ymlaen i gwblhau'r dyluniadau ar gyfer y prosiect o'u stad presenol yn RIBA Gwedd 3, gyda rhai elfennau yn mynd tu hwnt i RIBA gwedd 3. Bydd cais caniatad cynllunio yn cael eu cyflwyno yr un pryd a'r gwaith o gomisiynu'r tim hwn. Mae manylion y cytundeb yn y dogfennau sydd ynghlwm. Partneriaeth Ogwen wishes to appoint a suitably qualified Consultant to assemble a multi-disciplinary design team for the re-development of Yr Hen Bost, Bethesda as a heritage centre, sustainable business & retail centre with cafe. The team will proceed to complete the design development of the project from its current stage of development. The project has been designed to RIBA stage 3 with some elements of the work going beyond RIBA stage 3. Planning consent applications are being submitted in parallel with this tendering process based on the current drawings. Contract details in the attached documents.
